Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
  • Responsible for the collection, filing, management and borrowing of project materials, drawings and other files。
  • Collect and organize all technical changes, negotiation records, meeting minutes and other materials of the project and file them;
  • Communicate effectively with project manager and other branch colleagues to understand the specific progress of each project;
  • Track the project progress, update the site schedule of the engineering department and make it into various engineering weekly reports and send it to all departments;
  • Assist engineering manager to coordinate with internal and external departments;
  • Undertake project cost analysis, ensure project revenue, manage project quantity calculation, budget quotation;;
  • Participate in the negotiation, review, signing and disclosure of project contracts
  • Responsible for the project operation quotation, progress payment review, settlement and project completion settlement;
  • Responsible for bidding documents;
  • Complete other work assigned by the company and leaders.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above, major in civil engineering or related;;
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), good English;
  • Familiar with engineering data management rules, engineering archives management system, engineering data collection, collation work, good at analysis, collation and summary;
  • Have good communication skills and service consciousness, follow the leader’s work arrangement, work actively;
  • Excellent moral character, dedicated to work, hard-working.
Assistant Engineer (Bridge)
Job Description
  • Responsible for road and bridge inspections, including the preparation of inspection plans, on-site actual operations and the preparation of inspection reports;
  • Responsible for on-site guidance, supervision and management of the technology, safety and quality of the projects under construction, and coordinate with all parties to ensure that the construction progress and quality are completed according to the company’s requirements;
  • Responsible for engineering quantity calculation, drawing review, assist in visa application, etc;
  • Cooperate and participate in project bidding, site investigation and other work, cooperate with project completion acceptance work;
  • Compile the construction log on schedule, collect relevant materials, and record all materials of the project according to the requirements of the company.
Requirements
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in road and bridge/Civil engineering related fields;
  • More than 1 year working experience in road and bridge project testing;
  •  Familiar with road and bridge construction technology management, able to solve complex technical problems in construction
Procurement Assistant
Job Description
  • Familiar with the procurement process of steel structure, master the basic knowledge of building materials, especially steel and aluminum, including types, specifications, steel mills, origin, etc.
  • Familiar with the composition of procurement costs, timely provide quotation according to customer requirements, make price comparison table and submit to superior for review and approval;
  • Strictly follow the procurement process of the company and conduct inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation with suppliers, and shop around for the best purchase;
  • Coordinate with the finance department for various accounts and invoices, timely deal with the purchase funds and timely collect the purchase invoices;
  • Understand and master the change of material market, record the relevant data, analyze the market situation and check the inventory around the market;
  • Place order according to purchase application (sales order) and follow up the order progress, deal with the abnormal situation in the process of order execution;
  • Product delivery, inspection application and inspection status follow up.
Requirements
  • Major in civil engineering, site experience, steel structure or slope maintenance experience;
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills,
  • Honest, motivated, diligent, responsible and business minded.
  • Abide BY LAWS AND regulations, keep good reputation, do not ask for bribes, do not accept bribes, establish good relations with suppliers, conduct business under the principle of equality and mutual benefit, fairness and justice.
  • Familiar with British standard, national standard and European standard, basic salary + generous commission;
